We stayed just one night as a family of four in the cylinder platinum room with the outdoor jacuzzi. The kids slept great, though the beds were a bit small for two adults and the mattress was really firm. The room itself was adorable and cozy, with nice little details and air conditioning. The jacuzzi only got hot by the next morning, but it was a lovely way to wake up. There was a bond fire around 8:30pm, and the kids loved being out in nature and enjoyed the waterslides all day. It's pet friendly, though there's an extra $900 mxn charge. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We'd stay again.

We had the place to ourselves, since our visit was Tuesday to Wednesday and it was very quiet. There were six of us in three cube rooms, and I loved the accommodation. Everything was excellent, especially the air conditioning.

We had a terrible stay with my family over the weekend of November 8th and 9th. We rented two rooms, but there was extreme noise, shouting in the early morning, marijuana smell in the hallway, and even arguments with other guests because of their behavior. We made a formal complaint to security and reception that same day, then followed up by email later, with a screenshot attached. The hotel never followed up or addressed it at all. The lack of supervision and abysmal customer service are unacceptable.
