Our short stay was comfortable, convenient, and reasonably priced, and the experience exceeded what I expected. Everything was great overall. The one downside was a waiter at the hotel's restaurant who took our lunch order with a terrible attitude, like doing us a favor. The other waiters were excellent, so I'm pretty sure it was just him and not the restaurant itself.

We got lost trying to find the hotels, so the signage could be improved. The shower also needs better hot and cold water mixing, since it's hard to get the temperature right. It's a peaceful place to relax, and I'd highly recommend it for couples or families with young children.

The restaurant was delicious, and every staff member provided excellent service. The hotel is very nice, though the Morelos climate makes it uncomfortable that not all rooms have air conditioning.
