After the madness of CDMX, this hotel felt like such a refreshing break. The rooms are tasteful, the staff attentive and gracious, and it’s excellent value. I’d recommend it to families and business travelers, even if part of me would rather keep the place to myself.

From our quiet, lovely room we had an amazing view over downtown Tlaxcala. It was spacious, very clean, and had really comfortable beds. The bathroom was just as clean and pretty, with big tiles and a lovely warm rain shower. Service was great, everyone was so sweet and helpful. An amazing stay, 10+, and I’ll definitely come back.

We were lucky to get a room overlooking town at this nicely decorated boutique hotel. Some road-facing rooms could be noisy, I think, and our room at the end of the hall had a weak internet signal, though the signal seemed fine elsewhere. The hotel sits above the city, so the walk isn't long but can be steep depending on whether you take the stairs or road. The staff were great.
