If you like coffee, you'll love the nightly aroma from the nearby Nestlé plant roasting its beans. Rooms are quiet, and the beds and pillows make for a comfortable night's sleep. The staff throughout the hotel are friendly, greet you with a smile, and provide great service. Fiesta Inn's breakfast buffet has great choices, including omelettes made to order. The location is convenient too: very good restaurants and Galeria Mall in Toluca are within walking distance, with the mall directly across from the hotel over a pedestrian bridge.

I travel for work pretty often and fully recommend this place. The rooms and amenities are really nice and make you feel at home. Service at both the front desk and restaurant was amazing, with employees who were respectful, friendly, and attentive.

The only downside was the smell in the morning, which wasn't the hotel's fault. The city smells gassy then. Otherwise, it's a beautiful, clean, well maintained hotel with lots of Mexican character. Staff were friendly and professional, the restaurant was nice with excellent food, and the bar was very nice too.

Being able to stream Netflix from my phone was easy, since the TV let me cast to it. The channels themselves were all in Spanish, as you'd expect. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and they cleaned the room every day, which is rare these days in the U.S. They also gave me a little extra time to check out after my marathon because I was wiped out. My only real drawback was the bed, which felt much too firm to me, though some people may prefer that.

The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel has a pool, gym, free internet, and a restaurant. The staff were kind and the service was very nice. I only held back the fifth star because the bathtub stopper was wrecked, so the tub didn't work.
