6/10
Being attached to the mall makes shopping easy, and there are local restaurants close by. The mall parking lot is handy, though I felt less secure there than some others might. The room was comfortable and clean, with nothing especially good or bad about it.

The staff were great, and that matters a lot. The room needs work, though: there was only hot water, and the sofa bed was a nightmare. :(

8/10
The mall connection is a real plus, with plenty of food options and room to walk around. After a hot, dusty day, the little pool felt refreshing. The gym is tiny but adequate for a traveler, and the rooms were neat and tidy. Some staff members were especially helpful and accommodating; other amenities were fine. I wish there were small fridges for cold drinks or food on longer stays, and our sheets were threadbare, with spots so thin they were nearly see-through.

6/10
The rooms had plenty of space and were clean and looked after, though they felt a little dated. Galerias mall is attached, so there are good places to eat and plenty of shopping. Rates are reasonable, and the service was fine without standing out.

10/10
The breakfast food was great, and the coffee even better. The waiters were really helpful, as were the front desk people, who were always ready to assist. Rooms are comfortable, and the pool is a nice place to relax. Great hotel and location.
