The front desk staff were very helpful and good, and we'd book here again if we're in the area. It's close to 40D, and the room was clean and comfortable. There was no refrigerator or microwave. Dogs are allowed, and the empty lot next door was handy for them to relieve themselves.

The room was very comfortable, and I had the best sleep I've had on the road. Staff were helpful. The hotel felt secure, with entry only through the front doors and access to the elevators.

Dinner was good, and Daniella at the bar was worth asking for. The service was good too, but the hotel itself was a letdown. I couldn't count on a comfortable bed or a hot shower every day, and breakfast was HORRIBLE!! I'll be back to Torreón, but I will NEVER, EVER, EVER stay here again. PERIOD!!

The staff were great and even helped us store our bikes. Breakfast was great, and the location worked perfectly for an overnight stop on the way to Mazatlan. But for the price, the room was very, very small and offered NO AMENITIES: no tissues, hand towels, coffee, or Smart TV apps. The coffee in the hallway was just instant coffee in a jar, with a hot water dispenser. For what it costs, it doesn't feel worth it, and there may be better choices if you need amenities.

We spent 8 nights here, and I loved the location. The hotel is beautiful inside and out, with extremely clean rooms and super friendly staff. It’s pet friendly too, so I could bring my fur baby on our family vacation. I highly recommend it.
