Ale Pena, my host, was great with communication and even helped get a ring back to me. I left it in the unit, and he found it, took pictures, and walked it over so it could be mailed the next day. The place is cozy and right in the center of the city, with everything we needed: floor-to-ceiling windows, blackout shades, AC, a full kitchen, and a really comfortable king bed. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!

A great fit for someone who travels light and doesn't expect daily cleaning. The whole place feels like a peaceful cocoon where you look after yourself, and it has what you need. It's right by Zona Rosa, a gay-friendly neighborhood, and the staff watching the doors were really friendly and accommodating. I loved staying here in CDMX and will definitely come back.

The one person who actually helped us was Wilson, the concierge. After three sleepless nights complaining about the noise, he helped move us from the second to the sixth floor. There is a nightclub or bar across the street, the rooms have no soundproofing, and you can hear everything in the hallway through the thin walls. The second-floor balcony was easy for someone athletic to climb onto, and its door lock didn't work, so anyone could open it from outside. The sixth-floor room had issues too: the blackout shades were only in the bedrooms, so sleeping on the pullout couch was difficult because it was so bright. Neither room had a working TV remote. This was one of my worst travel experiences, and I wouldn't recommend it.

When something went wrong, I couldn't get help. The jacuzzi wasn't working, the windows faced a wall, the room was freezing, and the conditioner bottle had soap in it. My requests got dismissive replies and I was passed between departments until I gave up. If everything goes smoothly, the place may be okay, but don't count on accommodation when there's a problem.
