Breakfast was a real highlight: fresh fruit, yogurt, several protein taco fillings, small pancakes, juice, nice pastries, and eggs made to order. You can also get filtered drinking water from a dispenser in the gym. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the room was clean, though its decor felt generic. The desk was nice but had no USB ports. There were USB ports and a subtle night light on the bedside alarm clock. The window shade worked well. Storage was less convenient, with no hangers in the closet and just one towel bar inside the shower. The thermostat was easy for a tall person to reach, but I had to stand on an ottoman to see and adjust it. I missed having a microwave, though there was a coffee maker and a fridge with a generous freezer section. The hotel isn't in a pedestrian-friendly area. There's a well-appointed HEB within walking distance, and the pedestrian bridge just to the left of the hotel helps you get there without risking your life. OXXO and 7-Eleven are next door or around the corner.

Beautiful hotel. Thanks to the woman at the front desk for suggesting places to visit.

I was here for one business night, and the rooms are miles ahead of the competition. The beds were super comfortable and smelled great, and the AC worked amazingly well. The location makes it easy to reach any of the major corridors around town. Room service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and very professional. If you want nice suites and professional common areas, don't look any further.

My 2019 notes were three stars: it was a nice, modern, clean, newer hotel, but I had a few complaints. On a three-night stay I got just one small bottle of shampoo, and breakfast was the same each morning, with no variety, mediocre quality, and slow service. Since then I've stayed several times, and my satisfaction has improved. By 2022, I'd rate it four stars because the breakfast food and service had gotten better.

Absolutely terrible service. The bartender was rude and lazy, and the breakfast staff seemed to have an obvious issue with guests who aren't Latino. I would've been better off dropping $300 in the parking lot and leaving. This was the worst I've ever seen at a Wyndham Hotel. Look at the raw eggs and bacon they actually served me.
