I tried to sort this out with the staff and got apathy and indifference. They were unprofessional and showed no empathy, which left me frustrated and badly let down. I’m appalled by how the hotel handled this. I prepaid almost a $1000 for my stay, then had to cancel six days before I was due to arrive. The cancellation policy clearly said cancellations made more than 72 hours ahead would receive a full refund, but the hotel refused to return my payment. I can’t recommend booking here. The way they handled the refund felt unethical, and the customer service was deplorable. It seems they don’t value paying customers and only want their money. I’ll share what happened with anyone who asks me for a recommendation.

The food was delicious, and the rooms were lovely. The staff gave excellent service, too. A really nice place to unwind and enjoy yourself.

The food was okay, but it came a little cold, which was the one part I didn't like as much. The service and friendliness were the best things. The rooms were comfortable, the pool fantastic, and the place itself is lovely, peaceful, and relaxing. 10/10. If you get the chance to stay, go for it.
