The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, but the value for money is very poor. I honestly felt they charge too much for what they offer. Calling this a boutique hotel seems completely inaccurate: the accommodation is barely 2.5 stars and falls far short in the quality of its facilities and amenities.

The pool and the weather in Xochitepec are about the only things I liked. This is just a small hotel, despite being presented as a boutique hotel, and it offers no amenities. For what you get, the price doesn't feel worthwhile.

Everything we needed was close by, and the hotel itself was a lovely place to switch off. The rooms were roomy and really clean, and the pool area was both pretty and comfortable. Service was excellent too. I'd happily come back :)

We felt very safe around the relaxing pool area, and the rooms were so spacious. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, with an excellent location and great service.

Fanny was always there to take care of what you needed, and the service really stood out. The rooms are spacious, the pool is lovely, and the place feels clean and welcoming. A very nice spot to relax.
