The restaurant was the rough part of our visit. You can’t bring outside food in while it’s open, yet service needs a lot of work. We waited over 40 minutes for scrambled eggs, our chilaquiles arrived cold, and other tables were served ahead of us. The coffee and fruit were good, and the complimentary bread was tasty. As for the hotel, it was a pleasant stay for my family of 10, and we’d come back overnight. It’s small but clearly well cared for, with rustic rooms, wooden furniture, and a roomy bathroom in the double room I had. The garden is large and useful for kids to play in while adults unpack or handle check-in and checkout. There’s also a children’s area with swings, a little slide, and a bouncy castle. The pool isn’t heated, so its temperature can vary with the season and how many people are in it.

There’s a pool and a restaurant on site, and the location is handy. The inn itself is lovely, and the staff are really friendly.

We came for a wedding this time and had a fantastic stay. The team was attentive, service was great, and the location made it easy to get around since everything is close by. It’s a great weekend getaway, and I’d recommend it for a private event too.
