Sandra, the front desk manager, gave me all the information and recommendations I needed when I arrived, and the security staff were great, helping with my luggage. I felt safe with security there at night. My room was spacious and clean, with a king bed, great AC, a mini fridge, and drinking water. The hotel sits right on the main beach, close enough to walk to the best beach clubs and restaurants. Prices were very reasonable. By far the best place to stay on Tulum beach. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

We loved the beach and the location, and the hotel provides sun loungers and towels. The hosts were very helpful, and breakfast at hotel AHAU was amazing. The only things we didn’t like were that the small rooms don’t have enough room for suitcases and the bathroom door is see-through.

A nice little hotel in a very central spot, with a small beach and bars and restaurants close by. There’s no restaurant or bar on site, so having a fridge in the room would be appreciated for keeping supermarket drinks cold. Still, it’s a nice place at a fair price.

The beach was covered in foul-smelling seaweed, and nobody was clearing it. Breakfast at the nearby hotel was okay, but the staff there were extremely unfriendly. Our room had old towels and no fridge, just a cooler bag. The hotel sits beside a huge construction site. Dust was constant, and the noise made the walls and even the bed shake all day. Once work stopped at 6 p.m., bass from nearby clubs and restaurants took over until 1:30 a.m., vibrating the bed again. Our stay was a big disappointment.
