Breakfast was delicious, especially the pineapple jam. Matthias deserves a special mention for advising us about trips and packing us lunch for an early start. Santos was cheerful and gave wonderful service too. We enjoyed staying here. The rooms were spacious and close to the beach, while the place itself was quiet, away from party central. There's a secure car park opposite. It was a lovely spot to relax before the long trip home.

The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, and being so close to the beach made it feel special, especially with a toddler. They also clear seagrass from the beach every morning, which is great for this area. Santos was wonderful and gave us great service. We had a lovely stay, and breakfast was fantastic. We tried almost everything during our visit, and all the meals were excellent. The beef tacos and Aguachile were incredible. Just be ready to spend quite a bit, since dining and drinks add up quickly, though it is Tulum. A few things felt a little too monetized and overpriced, including yoga classes and even the Nespresso capsules in the room. Aside from that, it was a wonderful experience.

Santos looked after us so well at the beach and restaurant, and made the trip feel really relaxing. The hotel was quaint and peaceful, just right for a perfect weekend. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful time.

We were delighted when they upgraded our room to one with a pool and terrace for a very small extra charge. The room was lovely and comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious, and the restaurant staff were lovely too. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and everyone at reception was friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. I truly think it's one of the best hotels on the Tulum coast. We'd happily come back!
