The room was clean and had what we needed, but the pool and other shared spaces were usually dusty and dirty. Getting any rest was the bigger problem: nearby places played music until 1 or 2 am, and sound carried from other guests playing music by the pool. It was a nightmare. The hotel isn't near the beach, and the streets are muddy with no asphalt. I'd avoid it without a rental car.
The guards are great, but the individual pools aren't clean, even with people coming by to clean them.
Cozy spot in a good location. There's a great coffee shop right next to the condo, and the swimming pool is great too! 🫶🏻
The apartment was nicely decorated, and the bedroom and living room were clean. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cutlery, plus a mini-oven and coffee makers, and the Wi-Fi worked well. But there was nowhere to dry clothes, and one of the two double beds was in poor shape. The pool was unusable the whole time we were there: it was dirty at the bottom and the surface wasn't cleaned. We told the owner twice, but nothing was done, which was a shame.
The apartments are nice and the area in Veleta is quiet. The pool is very good, and there's always someone at the entrance reception to give you directions or open the door.
