Ginger Hotel

The breakfast was a highlight, especially the Chilaquiles, and the staff were great. They’ll lend you beach towels and also offer laundry service. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere. The pool is quite small and sits right by the entrance where people are always passing. We could hear people talking outside our door, and some guests slammed their doors. That’s not really the hotel’s fault, but a reminder for guests to keep the noise down might help.

This is a family-run place, and everyone was really kind and helpful. They care about the environment and will refill your water bottle. The rooms are lovely and each has its own design. It’s right in the city center, with bikes available for trips to the public beach or a partner hotel by the sea. At that hotel, you have to spend at least 25 dollars.

I felt right at home here. The rooms were a good size, the beds comfortable, and the shower had hot water. It was very clean, the breakfast was decent, and the location made it easy to get to the main places. They also offer laundry, bikes, and tours you can book, including Dos Ojos cenote. I loved staying at hotel ginger. The staff were kind and respectful, and housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was really good too. I slept fine and the music didn’t bother me. It was loud only on Saturday, but it didn’t interrupt my sleep.
