The rooms are spacious, with private balconies and nice organic amenities. It’s a brand new hotel, but being in the middle of town means there isn’t a particularly beautiful view. Our room had what we needed except a fridge. Since the property is new, they might add one later. It felt more like an Airbnb, as nobody is always at the front desk. Still, it’s a good option if you’re in Tulum and have a car to get around.

The breakfast had a decent fruit plate and juice, but the rest was disappointing: it was very basic, there was no tea, and the coffee was always cold. The hotel looks amazing and the room looked nice, though the bed was awful. I’ve never seen a worse mattress, the blanket was poor, and the air conditioning was bad. Water also pooled by the toilet because the bathroom floor didn’t slope properly. We were on the first floor and found a millipede in the room. The reception staff weren’t very helpful, and although the website mentioned parking, there wasn’t any. For this price, I think you can find somewhere better. It wasn’t worth it.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and breakfast was perfect. The location worked well, close to the main street. Our room was spacious and clean, and the large bathroom was clean too. It was just what we expected. There’s no elevator, though, so we had to carry our bags up two floors.

We were six people staying for seven nights, and the staff made the trip easy. The front desk lady recommended good places to eat, called cabs for us, and even called a doctor when I needed one. Everyone at reception, breakfast, and cleaning was really nice and helpful. We rented bikes for CAD $7 a day for the whole trip. The outdoor patio is lovely, and breakfast was a highlight: fruit, baguette and jam, eggs with three options or pancakes, plus coffee and juice. Our rooms were big, with king beds and patios, and the smart TV had Netflix. Restaurants and shops on the main strip were just a three-minute walk away. Almost every night, a street vendor set up outside around dinner time, so we got churros. We also felt safe walking each evening through the community centre down the street, where lots of families gather. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.
