Jana was a big help with recommendations and was easy to reach on WhatsApp. The location was incredible, about an eight-minute walk to town, and a bike ride to the beach took around 20 minutes. The pool was clean and refreshing, and we'd stay here again. Thanks and love from Canada.

We came with a large group for a special occasion, and this hotel worked really well for us. It would also suit a wedding party, reunion, or group getaway. The price is very affordable, the AC worked perfectly, and there’s a grocery store within walking distance along with several restaurants. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and pool and lounge area made for a comfortable, peaceful stay.

The hotel team were wonderful and gave us useful suggestions for restaurants, activities, and getting around. We had a great stay. It’s near the city center, but set back from the main road, so the garden was peaceful and we could sleep without traffic noise.

Set among trees and greenery, this gorgeous, peaceful hotel sits in a handy spot between town and the beach. The rooms have a little touch of luxury and are good value, and the pool was lovely and clean. I didn't want to leave and would definitely stay again.

Jana was a fantastic host, from helping me find things to do around town and the best taxis to sharing tips for traveling as a woman. I loved having a quiet oasis to come back to each day, and I plan to stay here whenever I visit Tulum. The location was perfect, and local markets and quick food were easy to find. It was affordable too. I can't say enough good things about my stay.
