We rented here for a month while living in Tulum, and it worked well for our family with a small child. It's across from the best grocery store in town, handy if you're here without a car, and restaurants and cafes are walkable. We also liked the pools and facilities, though tiles were peeling and the pools could use updates. We still enjoyed both the rooftop and ground-level pools. If you can get a top-floor room, the private pool is better than expected and a nice quieter option when the others are busy. There are quite a few parking garage spaces, but it can fill up, so street parking is available. Bikes can be rented in the garage. The front desk needs to be more welcoming. One receptionist was always on her phone and wouldn't look up when we arrived, left, or passed by unless we got her attention. She wasn't mean, just less friendly than staff at other places. A simple “Hola” or “Adios” would help. Luis at the front was great and always ready to help or answer questions. The WiFi was good throughout, and the gym was nice, though the access code changes now and then, so you need to sign in at the desk. For the price, a wonderful place to stay in Tulum.
