The scenery was incredible and everyone was so sweet, which made my stay amazing. Lotfi was my host, and I’d really recommend his place. The apartment was modern and cozy, and the customer service was very good.

The staff are friendly and the rooftop views are beautiful, but the place is aging poorly. The main road is good right up to the turn, while the road inside is awful. A bit of gravel would make it easy to maintain.

I’ve tried 13 different buildings in Tulum, and this is my favorite. The duplex works really well, with lush plants giving it natural privacy. Water pressure and hot water are excellent, and the pool filtration keeps the water clean all the time. The little dirt road to the building needs work. Also, for some reason, Rappi doesn’t deliver here.

Mystiq Gardens felt like a peaceful retreat, with lush gardens, a relaxing pool, and a warm, available staff. The apartment and shared areas were impeccably clean. Inside, the place was spacious and bright, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped. Its location made it easy to reach Tulum’s beautiful beaches and main attractions. I felt well looked after and would highly recommend it for a special stay in Tulum.

We booked through air b and b and stayed in a ground-floor loft with pool access, unit 031. It was beautifully designed and decorated, and meticulously clean inside. The grounds are surrounded by lush greenery, with a breathtaking outdoor landscape and five pools. The AC worked great, there was plenty of hot water, and a washer and dryer were included. The property sits safely between Downtown Tulum and the beach, with ample parking and a daily shuttle to a beach club. The common areas were power washed every day, and we saw people fixing potholes on the road into the hotel to smooth out the drive. I loved my stay and would highly recommend it.
