We used our rental car for trips to PDC, Chichen Itza and Xplor, and found the apartment close enough to a strip of bars and food places. We didn't visit the beach in Tulum. The rooms were spacious and looked great, and having a smart TV was nice, though the volume buttons on the remote didn't work and it had no back button, so we used voice input. Nights and mornings were pretty noisy from nearby dogs and construction. On the last day of our three-night stay, a Saturday, we got a notice that the housekeeper was taking the day off. LOL, was there no one else who could clean the apartment?

First time in Tulum and I was pretty skeptical about where to stay, but this hotel was perfect. It's affordable, clean and SAFE, about 10 minutes from the beach where all the fun is, and really close to the main area too. So excited!

They took us in very late at night for a great price. The room was spacious and cool, just right for a short stay.

We spent a weekend here and made good use of the equipped kitchen. The location made it easy to go for a walk and find several restaurants, and it's very close to the beach area too. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location and rooms, definitely a place to stay when you come to Tulum.

We were tired after the drive and arrived at night, and this was the only place with rooms available. The price was super affordable, and stepping into the room was a pleasant surprise. It was lovely and seemed brand new, with a comfortable bed, AC, a fan, a TV with Netflix, and even a kitchenette for cooking. The staff were really friendly. Excellent location, and we'd definitely come back.
