The location was the only good part. We spent six months asking them to repair the air conditioning, and the apartment had damp throughout. We gave notice within the required time when we left, but a month and a half later we’re still waiting for our deposit. DO NOT RENT here!
The host was nice and kept our backpacks for us while we went to Sian Khan. The rooms themselves looked as if they were still being built.
You can only rent this place by the month, and you have to go through the administrator here. It can’t be rented online.
