We had the pool to ourselves for almost the whole month, and the place was nice for the price. The nearby roads are pretty rough, like many in La Velleta. There were also some problems with internet access, the host's response, and power outages, but otherwise we enjoyed it.

Terrible experience. The place sits beside what looked like a garbage dump or construction site, and with nobody there at night, we felt unsafe. The road was impassable, and taxis were extremely expensive. The beach and city were about 20 minutes away by car or an hour and a half on foot, despite the description and reviews saying the beach was a five-minute walk. The Google and other site reviews were completely inaccurate in our experience. We booked five days but left after one, and the owner refused to refund any of the money. It felt like a total scam. Do not stay here.
