I especially enjoyed the quiet inner garden and the cute kittens living there. The room was clean and nice, and the hotel itself was peaceful. Street noise could be heard, though, so light sleepers may want earplugs and a sleep mask. It's in downtown Tulum, within walking distance of the ADO bus terminal and the block with restaurants and bars. Thanks to Alessandro for being so kind and helpful!

Daniela was a wonderful host. She helped me plan activities and was very willing to step in whenever a problem came up. This is a lovely, peaceful little boutique hotel, in a great spot near the center and just steps from some amazing food. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in Tulum.

Danielle was especially caring, with great local knowledge, and the staff made the stay feel personal. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the hotel is just steps from the ruins. The location and service made for a memorable stay. Highly recommended.

We loved staying here. The rooms were nice, and the hotel is close to lots of places. My daughter met a little abandoned kitten while we were there and fell in love with her. The kind staff at Hotel Boutique Pasha Tulum had found the starving kitten with nobody to care for her, then took her in, fed her, and gave her shelter and love. With their blessing, my daughter adopted her. We brought her back to the US, and we're so happy. Her name is Oreo, and she's alive thanks to the wonderful people at Hotel Boutique Pasha Tulum. It's a lovely story with a happy ending. Please visit and stay at this lovely hotel, and support them however you can.
