The pool is beautiful, and the place is calm and quiet. It’s a great place to stay, though the area is a big construction site. It’s a little far from the center or beach, so having a car is better.

The private pool and deck were so relaxing, and my friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and nicely styled. The grounds are beautiful, and so is the panoramic pool. There’s a nice cafe with great staff. We bought ceremonial cacao there, and the woman who prepared it had such great energy. We took it back to the room and had a lovely cacao ceremony. I love the design and the way the place is run. I’ll definitely be back. This will be my new home when I come to Tulum! ❤️

I got hit with a $600 bill a few hours after my chance to review the stay had expired. They said there were stains on the chairs, but when I asked to see photos from before we arrived, they had none to show me. We’re clean, careful people, though we don’t photograph every small mark or bit of damage when we’re only staying one night before heading out to explore. Airbnb sided with the property anyway, even without proof. I’d seen other guests mention surprise charges after the review window closed, but figured it wouldn’t happen to us. I was wrong. It’s a rental, and there were plenty of other negatives I’m leaving out. We travel a lot, including around Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

A cute, clean place to stay if you’re watching your budget and don’t mind being away from the nightlife. The condos are lovely, though the rooms and kitchens are tiny. It’s also a bit far from the strip and a long way from the ocean.
