The owners were incredibly accommodating, even after we made booking mistakes and our puppy's dog sitter fell through. They asked for a damage deposit in case the puppy caused anything, returned it at checkout, and wouldn't accept extra money for the trouble. Can't thank Deago enough for helping us and being understanding. The condo was quiet and very nice, with clean rooms and a well-kept property. A small pool sits in the central courtyard, surrounded by lush greenery and colorful flowers.

The owner was a great help and gave us useful ideas for things to do nearby. He also owns the local pizzeria, which turned out to be handy to know. My family and I had a really pleasant holiday stay last year. The rooms were clean, there was Wi-Fi, and Sky TV had all the EPL games.

We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. The owner was friendly and helpful, and the complex itself was very peaceful. The pool, barbecue setup, and chill-out space were excellent; the ensuite room had a huge double bed, the kitchen was well equipped, and drinking water was provided free. The balconies were lovely in the evenings, and there was a hammock in the second bedroom. They also have Sky TV, which was great for watching English football. Getting around was the main drawback. The main road was about a 10-minute walk away, so we needed taxis. There were only three bikes for our group of four, so it didn't feel accurate to say bikes were available for everyone. The showers had very little pressure.

The penthouse was beautiful and had a small kitchen. It's an easy walk into the city centre, and the price was good by Tulum standards. The owner was lovely when we arrived and shared plenty of tips for things to do in and around Tulum.
