There’s potential here, but the hotel needs a lot of work. During the rain, two rooms leaked and one bathroom flooded. We were told these issues were already known, but no one had disclosed them to us. Some rooms only had sheets and no blankets, so we had to buy blankets for two cabins. The pool was nice, and the caretaker was attentive. The property is right by the road, though, and traffic is very loud in the rooms, even at night. Some showers also had no hot water.

The staff were friendly and made nice drinks at the bar, but the rooms were underwhelming and this didn’t feel like an upscale place. The highway is right beside the property, and you’re aware of it every moment. We lasted only 30 minutes before leaving for somewhere else. We didn’t even ask for a refund.

We left right away and found somewhere else to stay because the property looked nothing like its description or photos. It was dirty, the furniture was falling apart, and there wasn’t even a towel or soap for washing our hands. The host was terrible. They charged our family for a private chef and food, then refused to refund us even though we never used any of it. We lost a lot of money, and the way they treated us was disgusting.

We had to abandon the place and move our 20 family members to a hotel because it was falling apart. There was cat poop in my room, loose floorboards, and a door handle. It felt very unsafe. The pool was dirty, the chairs were falling apart, and the gym was horrible with no amenities. The street noise was extremely loud. The property is right beside a main highway, literally 20 feet away. This was a horrible experience, and this business needs to stop hosting.
