The pool was a highlight for me. I spent hours there in the sun, enjoying how peaceful it was. Tribu 305 also sits in a great spot for strolling around, with plenty of interesting shops and restaurants nearby. I felt welcome as soon as I arrived, and the staff were always friendly and ready to help. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had what I needed to feel at home. You can tell they work hard to keep everything in good shape, and there’s attention to detail throughout the place. Tribu 305 has become my favorite escape from everyday life. The comfort, location, and service made the stay memorable. I’d recommend it 100%!

I really enjoyed walking my dog in the private park. Tribu 305 is in a pleasant, safe area, and the pool and amenities were great for unwinding after exploring Tulum. Definitely a must for travelers!

The pool was lovely, and the location is great for walks. I got more out of my stay than I expected and had a perfect time. I’d absolutely come back and recommend Tribu 305 100%.

Pepe took great care of us, and the apartment was comfortable throughout. I loved the terrace looking out over the jungle. Tribu 305 is in a superb spot in Lúum Zama, close to Tulum’s best beaches and places to visit. Incredible stay, highly recommended!

I found a great balance between getting work done and relaxing at Tribu 305 in Lúum Zama. The Wi-Fi was fast, there was plenty of space, and it was very quiet. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby, and Aldea Zama and the beach are about a 15-minute bike ride away. I’ll be back!
