The garden is beautiful, and the small pool and relaxed atmosphere made it easy to unwind. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was very nice. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It's close to bars and restaurants and very good value for money.

They canceled my booking the day before. If I cancel that close to the stay, they still charge me, but when the hotel cancels, there's no penalty?

The staff were really nice and helpful, and we didn't hear loud music during the three nights we stayed. The room was lovely, with a big comfortable bed. Breakfast came plated rather than self-serve, but it was good: fruit, eggs, yogurt, granola, and juice. It's close to the main avenue, restaurants, and stores, though getting to the beach on foot is a bit far. Free-to-rent bikes are available. There are two parking spots, but there seemed to be plenty of safe street parking. The shower pressure could be a little stronger.

From outside, it looks rough, just a big concrete rectangle with a large black sliding entrance door. Inside, though, it's lovely, with a tropical feel and trees and rocks all around. There's a small pool and hammocks outside each room. The downside is that the main level has no air conditioning, only the rooms do. It was too hot there, so we had to stay in our rooms the whole time.
