I loved the people who stay here, they're calm, friendly, and diverse, and the staff are incredible. They help with anything and are honest about things like when taxi prices are excessive. The place itself is just right for me: spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful pool and a nice free breakfast served until 10 am. It's about a 15-minute walk to some of the main little town spots. I'd stay here again and again!

The peaceful, beautiful setting made this a truly wonderful stay. Our room was clean and spacious, and relaxing by the pool was lovely. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were kind and attentive. They also gave us great suggestions for things to do in and around Tulum. We'd happily recommend it and will most likely stay here again.

The poolside atmosphere is lovely and relaxing, with birds around, and our balcony looked out over the pool. Our room was clean and big enough, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with fresh juice, coffee, milk, cereal, and eggs. There was no TV, which was fine with us. The pancakes could use some work, though. The hotel is on a quiet, remote little street, so walking to the city center is a bit difficult. A car or at least a bike would help. The beach is harder to get to, about 6-7 km away. Aside from the pancakes, I don't have anything to complain about.

Mariana was the best host we could have asked for. She looked after us, called taxis, and even arranged some daily and tour activities. The staff went above and beyond for my friends and me. The villa was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. Local shops are within walking distance, and it was quiet there. The busy nightlife area is about a 25-minute drive away. I couldn't have asked for a better place for our Tulum trip. I'd absolutely recommend it and will be back on a future visit.

The service was the highlight for me. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel more than welcome. It's a small hotel, so hanging out by the pool is great, with hardly anyone around. I had a penthouse room that was clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony. The pool area and the little cafe where breakfast is served were both lovely. Thanks for the wonderful service. I'd love to stay at Villas H2O again!
