I slept really well here. The room was quiet, the blinds worked perfectly, and the TV service was great. The rooms are spacious and clean, the amenities are excellent, and the restaurant serves tasty food with good service. My only complaints were that nobody was available to help with luggage when I arrived, and the vending machines needed coins while staff had no change. Still a pleasant stay, and I’d recommend it.

I spent a full week here, and every day there was no hot water. I had to go to reception in person each time because they wouldn’t answer the phone. They said the boiler was off and would send someone to switch it on, then I had to wait another 20 or 30 minutes before I could shower properly. The room rate isn’t low enough to excuse this kind of service for something as basic as hot water. The room itself was comfortable, and the restaurant was good, though a bit expensive compared with places serving even better portions. There aren’t enough loungers by the pool, just uncomfortable metal chairs.

The price just isn’t worth it. This place has really gone downhill: there’s no hot water, the air conditioning doesn’t work, and the phone line is dead so you can’t call reception to complain. The maintenance guy said they switch the boiler on and off, so if you want a shower in the middle of the night, you can’t. Even the pool water isn’t warm anymore because of the boiler. It’s awful, especially since this used to be one of the most popular hotels in Tuxtepec.

The double room had really comfortable beds, but the air conditioning wasn’t working. There’s a private parking lot, and they accept credit card and bill payments.
