The staff were so welcoming and paid attention to the little things. They even surprised me with a small birthday gift, which made me feel special. My partner and I had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless, the place was peaceful, and the pool was clean and well looked after. The food was delicious too. Highly recommend it. 🥰

After hours on the road with my two-year-old daughter, we arrived exhausted and were told our Booking.com reservation wasn’t in the hotel’s system, even though it was confirmed and we had the number and email. They said lightning had knocked out the system, then asked us to cancel through Booking.com ourselves, which could mean a late-cancellation fee. They also offered to book us directly, but for more than our original rate. When we asked for the manager, the receptionist said she couldn’t reach her because her phone was personal. She said the issue was ours and there was nothing she could do. We felt completely abandoned. I got so frustrated that I raised my voice. I regret that, but it came from feeling treated unfairly and met with indifference. It cost us time, caused a lot of stress, and brought an unexpected expense. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with family or on a tight budget.

I had 15,000 pesos stolen from my suitcase on December 26th, sometime between 6:30 pm and 2:00 am on December 27th of this year. My family and I were at an event in Tuxtepec during those hours. I’d rented rooms 16 and 17, and we left their keys at reception before going out. The receptionist, Pili, told me we had to stay. Since then, I’ve tried calling reception to speak with the manager, but they won’t put me through. They said they’d check the security cameras, but I’ve heard nothing more and keep getting the runaround. A terrible experience. Be careful renting here. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and really nice, and I got excellent rest. It’s a pleasant place, the price feels fair for what you get, and I’d recommend it 100%.
