The rooms are fine, and I especially liked the TV selection once we finally found the English and French channels. Staff are nice, taxis are easy to get, and the location is great. It’s a low-rise building.

The hotel looks a little dated, but the service is good and it’s good value. I liked having an ice machine in the hall. The pool was clean and pleasant, the garden quiet, and the AC worked well. There’s also a coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was plentiful, though overpriced for us, and there are plenty of alternatives nearby.

The room was huge, clean and comfortable, and it was nice to find a coffee maker. The pool could use more chairs, since they were always taken. The location is good, across from the mall and Chedraui. The ADO station is a short taxi ride away, though not really walkable with luggage.

After I complained about kids running around upstairs for hours, they moved me to room 1145 at the far end of the building. It was only about 2 meters from the street and a bus stop, where old buses came and went with very loud engines from 5 a.m. until 1 a.m. I could sleep only four hours a day. I stayed two nights without asking to move again over the weekend because I figured they might not have many rooms free. At noon on Monday I asked for another room and was told none were available. It wasn't high season, and a large wedding group had just checked out. I could see many empty rooms, so I didn't believe them. I understand a room may not be perfect and problems can happen anywhere, but I was disappointed with how they handled this. They said there was nothing available and didn't even offer a time to check back. Their attitude and effort to solve the problem deserve no more than one star.
