The location was decent, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. We paid extra for a double premium room, yet family members with a regular booking got the same room, plus breakfast that wasn't included in ours. When we showed staff our confirmation saying breakfast was included, they denied it and treated us like liars. They were rude and ignored us instead of trying to understand. The room and bathroom were tiny, the room smelled as if someone had just used it, and the TV didn't work. Noise outside starts around 7:00 am, so sleeping in after a night out or a long flight is out of the question.

The curtains don't block the light, and the hotel keeps it on all day and night. It's noisy enough that you hear everything. The room is small, and the bathroom is even tinier.

Breakfast came with the stay, with two hot dishes and fruit, and the guests seemed to enjoy it. WiFi worked well, and there was hot water. It's an older hotel, but it's kept up nicely, with clean rooms and common areas. Everyone we met, from reception to the breakfast lady and housekeeper, was friendly, kind, and efficient.

The breakfast needs work. Food was slow to come out, and by the time I got to the breakfast area in the morning, everything had already been eaten. That was irritating. Hotel service otherwise was great, but I wouldn't recommend breakfast. The room I'm in, Distrito Federal, is decent rather than great: the sink leaks, and the door won't shut all the way when I shower. WiFi also cuts in and out.

We spent five nights here and didn't run into a single problem. The staff were kind and helpful, and I'd happily recommend it to any kind of traveler.
