The garden is lovely and well cared for, the rooms are decent, and the concierge was helpful. The price is reasonable for the area, where hotels tend to be expensive. Still, the place could feel more welcoming with a few basic fixes. There’s exposed wiring, some broken things, a tiny TV, and they only gave us two small towels.

Valle de Bravo is just 10 minutes away, and the location is really convenient for getting around. But the rooms feel overpriced for what you get, and the staff could be friendlier. I’d keep it as a last option since there are better places.

For what it costs, this was a really poor stay. The room was dirty, there were lots of insects, and we had no hot water. The rooms need more cleaning and a better atmosphere. Not good for the area.

There are lots of green areas, and it’s a very quiet place. The service was excellent. It’s about 15 minutes from Valle de Bravo and two hours from Mexico City. There’s parking, plus a jacuzzi, pool, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a temascal option.
