Hotel Roca y Cantera

The owner, or whoever runs the place, is very friendly. The bed isn’t very big, but it’s comfortable, and the room is comfortable too. It’s well-maintained and clean. Still, it doesn’t really feel like a hotel. It’s more like staying in someone’s house with rooms to rent. There’s no reception or food, and the shared pool area feels like a private resort. The people arriving seemed to be her friends, so I felt like an intruder, haha. There’s no security, though the area doesn’t feel unsafe, and anyone can come and go. There’s no green space at all. If you’re planning to spend time out exploring the valley, it’s fine. I came to relax and it was okay, but I missed having green areas and somewhere comfortable to read. There are no umbrellas by the pool. The shower was cold in the morning.
