The hosts on site were warm and accommodating, and the full breakfast was wonderful and included in the price. Our room was stylish, clean, and really comfortable for a reasonable rate. The place has secure parking and a gated entrance, and sits about halfway between Centro and the marina. We felt lucky to find a room here.

I've visited Valle de Bravo about seven times, and this is the best hotel for me. We spent two nights over New Year's Eve, three of us sharing a room with two beds and a balcony. They even turned on the rooftop heater for us before New Year's Eve, though there were only three of us, and we enjoyed a nice drink up there. Breakfast was included and fantastic. The bed was soft and clean, the room was cleaned every day, and the hotel keeps up with maintenance. It's a 12-minute walk to centro, and it's pet friendly. I've stayed at plenty of places calling themselves three-star hotels, and they were all exaggerating. I had a really good time here and recommend it.

Mr. Horacio made us feel right at home. He was kind, attentive to each guest's needs, and clearly loves his work. The room was clean and pleasant, the view was excellent, and the beds were so comfortable that I slept wonderfully. You can walk to either the town center or the pier, so there's no need to drive and deal with parking. They do have parking, and the cars are locked up securely at night. This was my first stay here, and I'll definitely return soon. For a trip to Valle de Bravo, I recommend this place completely. I have no doubt it's the best choice, and you won't regret it.
