The location near a major shopping center was convenient, but the stay had some serious problems. The shower drain was clogged, leaving water pooled like a small swimming pool, and I had no idea how clean the floor was. I complained every day, yet it took three days for someone to come fix it, even though the repair took only eight minutes. Then the water pump broke while I was showering, and there was no replacement. Dirty dishes sat in the hallway for days, and the single elevator only fits two people. At 700 pesos a day, there are better nearby options if you can afford them. Be prepared for the risk of running out of water.

We couldn't get a good night's sleep because the air conditioners in both rooms kept making loud cracking noises and weren't working properly. The pool had so much chlorine that it was impossible to stay in. Staff also told us the cañon del sumidero boat tours weren't running, even though they actually were. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The food was tasty and inexpensive, and there was a great range on the menu. The rooms were tidy and clean, and the staff were kind and provided really good service. I had a very enjoyable stay, though I do think they should enforce the pool rules more strictly.
