I booked four nights at hotel Jaguar well ahead of time, but when I arrived they said there were no rooms and gave no explanation. The man at reception was rude and wouldn't even let me use the wifi to look for somewhere else. This place doesn't deserve even one star. If they reply, I expect it'll be some kind of lie. Don't book here.

The room was clean and good, but I wasn't up for an argument. The guy gave me the A/C remote, then took it back, and for some reason I didn't get to keep it.

The power kept going out, and they refused to refund us. The manager stayed calm and handled things well, but her superiors were no help. When I called them, an accountant was incredibly rude and just kept saying it wasn't their fault. We were left trying to sleep in 39 degrees Celsius (102 degrees Fahrenheit). An hour later, the so-called owner showed up drunk, told us not to exaggerate, and said he'd return in an hour. We finally got our money back after a police patrol arrived. It was the worst night I've ever had, and I wanted to share what happened. The rooms have no windows and feel cramped. The walls are drywall, so you can hear everything and it's impossible to sleep. The air conditioning doesn't cool either. If you can avoid staying here, do. It's the worst hotel I've ever been to.
