We ate there on both nights and loved the food. The Tarascan soup was divine, and the bar cocktails were really well made. We also booked dinner on the boat, which came with a short tour, and the staff made the whole evening feel special. From arrival, they welcome you with a complimentary drink and walk you through the resort and room amenities. Help is available around the clock, and the service stayed excellent right up until we left. I have no complaints, and I'm grateful for how kind everyone was. This was our second stay, and I'd come back whenever I get the chance. It's quiet and soothing, with the surrounding nature to listen to, and a lovely romantic feel. A great place to get away from city noise and stress, unwind, and enjoy some peace. Hope we're back soon!

The staff gave very good service, and the lake view was lovely. The place felt bright, quiet, and relaxing. Our room did get noisy very early because of the cleaning staff, though, and the hot water came and went 😶‍🌫️.

The decor is lovely, and it's a very nice hotel, which makes the poor service all the more disappointing. The food wasn't very good either. The staff, especially at the restaurant, really let the beauty of the place down. They should improve the service.

A relaxing getaway or a special occasion would both suit this lovely, one-of-a-kind hotel. There aren't many luxurious places in the area, and this beautiful spot right on the lake stood out. We loved the restaurant and the first-rate service. Highly recommend it.
