The hotel itself is beautiful, the beds were comfy, and the room was clean. But I really didn't like the service. There was no warm welcome. The woman on staff opened the door, hurried us to the room, and handed me the key. On my first night, the balcony door wouldn't close. I texted about it, and instead of trying to help, she was sarcastic and snarky, saying I'd be fine because nobody was going to rob me from the balcony. Later, my key stopped working when I came back at night, so I had to wait for someone to fix it. The man who came was much nicer than the two women usually working during the day. The place is still beautiful and comfortable, but they need friendlier staff.

I had a really comfortable stay here. My room was spacious, with a big clean bathroom, comfy bed, air conditioning, fans, and a kitchenette. The house also has a pool with lights and pleasantly cool water, plus a handy work and dining area right beside it. It's close to Zicatela Beach, and Puerto Angelito and other beaches are about a 10-minute drive away. They even have taxi and food delivery numbers available at the house. Easy to get around from here, and a great spot to relax.

We had such a lovely time, and the kids we saw there seemed happy in the pool too. It really works for different kinds of groups. The room was lovely, and we appreciated having breakfast and coffee provided in it. My friends and I also used the kitchen to make dinner, and there were pans, plates, and cutlery for us. All the staff made us feel very looked after. They answered our questions quickly and suggested dinners and places to visit. Thank you for the warm hospitality, and congratulations on a great hotel!
