The shower was easily the worst part of our three-night stay. The water barely trickled out, so it took ages to get a very unsatisfying shower. We stayed in the basic upstairs room at the end of April. It was spacious enough and clean, with everything in working order, but the shutters couldn't be opened. That meant little natural light, since opening them would let out the cold AC, and there were no mosquito nets to keep insects out. We didn't mind much because we were away most of the day. The grounds are small, leafy, and charming. The pool works for a quick dip or a photo, but isn't large enough for swimming. Breakfast at the restaurant was good, though the bread could be better. The staff seemed a little uninterested in helping or chatting beyond greetings. Their lovely, friendly cat, on the other hand, greets you and tries to win you over.

The landscaping is beautiful, and the place feels like a little tropical paradise. The staff were also helpful and friendly. Parking is available in a lot directly across the hotel, which makes it a good choice if you're driving, and the location is easy to get around on foot. One small detail could be better: there were no bathroom hand towels or anywhere to hang them. It seems like an easy but important thing to fix. Still, we had a great stay at this hidden gem.

A special stay in a beautiful place, with delicious breakfast and staff who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for the city center, and there are dedicated parking spaces.

The staff were so helpful and lovely, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. It’s an easy spot for wandering around town or heading to Chichen Itza, and there’s plenty of room with comfortable beds. Really lovely hotel.
