Hostal Gayser

The bed bugs made our stay extremely stressful and uncomfortable. When we reported them, the man at reception didn't seem surprised. He said we'd have to pay to change rooms, which we refused because this wasn't our fault. He also said it wasn't their fault, either, which felt like a lack of responsibility for such a serious problem. We asked to use a washing machine so we wouldn't carry the bugs with us, but he refused. He also wouldn't contact his manager, saying he couldn't do anything without approval. They eventually moved us to another room, but we were still worried the hotel might be infested and barely slept. We spent most of the night sitting on chairs. The place was dirty everywhere, from the bathrooms to the bath towels, the Wi-Fi was very poor, and the location wasn't convenient. It was a very distressing experience, and the issue was handled badly.
