Hotel Casona Margot

I came back for a second stay, spending 10 days here in total, because the hotel suited me so well. The neighborhood is quiet, and it's close to the ADO bus station, the center, and the convent, so it worked perfectly for exploring Valladolid. I especially liked the pool: it was wide and deep enough to swim laps without having to turn every few meters. My Deluxe room was spacious and clean, with a balcony, private fridge, and dining table. The staff were very friendly, and the tasteful decor gave the hotel a luxurious hacienda feel. There's no breakfast, but they do provide tea plus hot and cold water in a pleasant spot beside the pool. Thanks for making a place like this available.

A lovely place to stay, with large, clean rooms and a really nice-looking hotel. The location worked well for us, the people were friendly, and there was fenced parking. Definitely recommend it.

I spent 10 days here and loved it. The people working there were the best: warm, kind, friendly, and so helpful. The owner was around too, said hello, and checked that I was enjoying my stay. I'd happily return. The building is a refurbished and expanded old home, and it's beautiful, with flowers everywhere and a clear, refreshing pool. From my second-floor balcony the view was stunning. Even when it was 100F, I could open the balcony doors and let the breeze cool the room. The location was handy for both Parque Principal and the center of Sisal and the Calzado, all a short walk away. I think this place is Valladolid's best-kept secret.

The staff are lovely people, and breakfast had fresh fruit, eggs, and a few things I didn't recognize, but everything tasted good. It's just five minutes from the ADO bus. Bring your own water, though: during my five-day stay the water butt only had water on one day.
