2/10
The rooms were clean but very basic, and there wasn't even a bedside table. The bed was uncomfortable, and noise carried from everywhere, so I stayed only two nights. Reception paid little attention to guests and spent most of the time on a smartphone. The windows apparently don't face the street, with a parking lot as the view. Breakfast was poor: just coffee and two small corn cakes with red sauce, not a buffet. Anything else had to be ordered from the menu and paid for separately, so eating out is a better choice.

The rooms were spotless and spacious, the staff were so friendly, and the beach and city center were easy to reach on foot. It was a surprisingly good deal for a two-star hotel. I'd definitely recommend it.

This place feels like home to me in Veracruz. The staff are amazing, respectful, and the hotel is clean. Please treat them to dinner or dessert when you meet them. I'm sad to leave, but my feet are my only carriage, so I've got to push on through. The beds could be a little softer, though two pillows are soft enough.

Basic, clean rooms in a great location. The service was excellent, and the helpful staff went a step beyond.

The price is very good, and the location by the aquarium is perfect. Service was great. Skip the breakfast, though, it was just a sandwich.
