2/10
The shower controls were so jammed that turning them to get water was a struggle, and the toilet seat was missing, not just the lid. The Wi-Fi barely worked, which was maddening. There was no natural light in the rooms, and the restoration of this historic property looked incredibly shoddy, with cement everywhere. This place is a complete joke and made for a frustrating stay.

A simple, nice hotel. It's very quiet, and the customer service is excellent.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and nice. It's quiet, and very close to museums and other attractions. Excellent service.

A nice spot for an overnight stay. The only thing I didn't like was a pipe running down through one corner of my room. I think it was a sewage pipe.

It's a lovely hotel in a historic building, a few blocks from the zocalo and several museums.
