The location is the one good point. The rooms are poor quality compared with how luxurious they look in the photos, and the window in mine wouldn’t close, so I didn’t feel my belongings were secure. There’s no parking included, and you have to pay extra for it. For this location, the price is high. Having to hand over towels and everything at reception made me feel like a criminal and made the hotel seem very low quality. You can find better hotels in a better location for the money. Don’t be fooled by the pictures.

The location is right downtown, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and the waterfront just one block away. Staff throughout the hotel provided excellent service. The rooms are simple, but they have what you need and are very clean.

The worst stay and experience of my life. I booked online to save 200 pesos, and they were so bothered by that that they refused to give me a room. I was there on vacation, and now I’m filing a complaint with PROFECO (the Mexican consumer protection agency).
