I stayed in apartment number 5 in Veracruz with my father for business from December 26, 2024 to January 10, 2025. I had to pay in advance, so unfortunately I couldn’t leave. The cleaning ladies, Lili and Carmen, were always kind and tried to help me. The apartment itself was a different story. The bed sheets were stained, the pillows were extremely disgusting, and the curtains were broken. At night, the bathroom smelled horribly of sewage. The furniture was made from pallets, which I don’t mind, but the cushions needed to be better. We couldn’t sit for more than 30 minutes without back pain and had to stack two cushions. The mattresses were extremely poor quality too, so I used the sofa cushions on the beds to avoid back pain. I can’t recommend this place to anyone.
