A nice spot near Guadalajara for relaxing and enjoying a barbecue with friends or family.

It used to be such a comfortable place years ago, but I wouldn’t say that now. The music was extremely loud both nights, carrying on until the early hours, when you’re meant to be able to rest. It was nonstop noise until dawn. I don’t recommend staying here.

They’re pleasant when you book an event, but once the party day arrives, the agreed arrangements start changing. They altered the pool hours and checkout time, then came up with reasons to charge extra. I had a bad experience. If you still choose to go, get everything in a written contract so they can’t change the terms and overcharge you.

I booked through Expedia and called the hotel to confirm. The person who answered was rude, and I was told Expedia had given me a very cheap hotel rate. They said I wouldn’t pay the booking fee in advance, but would owe double when I arrived because they only take cash, not cards. I contacted Expedia, and the hotel tried to charge me for canceling. Expedia helped make sure they didn’t. If possible, find somewhere else.

The place was super clean and pleasant, and the service was excellent. The attention felt personal, and it’s 100% family-friendly. A lovely place to relax, definitely worth a visit. 👌
