The rooms are a great size and the service was okay. My room phone didn't work. I took it down to the front desk to report it, but they never replaced it. The open pool had a few leaves and was a bit dirty. In the morning, the church bell and local roosters kept me from getting restful sleep, though I couldn't do anything about them.

It's not a top-notch hotel, but it was clean and met the mark for cleanliness. The maids cleaned our room every day, and the place always smelled nice and was kept up well. Safety and the location on the Jardin were great, with everything within walking distance. We paid USD382 for seven nights, can't beat that.

Sabores, the hotel restaurant, was absolutely fantastic. The food and service were both great, and I'd definitely stay here again. The hotel is right in central Colima, though check-in took too long and the front desk girl seemed confused about our room price. They could use a better check-in system and make it easier to split room costs when booking more than two rooms. I also wish the pool stayed open later, 9 pm is too early.

We wanted somewhere clean and comfortable, close to everything, and especially with a nice pool. This hotel had all of that, so I highly recommend it. 👌 The wifi could use an upgrade.
