The amenities were good, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating during my business stay of more than two weeks. Since I don’t speak Spanish, it would help if the menus were available in English for visitors like me.

The bedrooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious, with what you need for a night or two. Breakfast was OK, but the restaurant was awful. We ordered pasta for dinner and didn’t feel well afterward. The airport shuttle is free but only runs from 7 a.m. If someone has already booked it, you have to insist that you need a ride too; otherwise, they suggest paying for a taxi, as if the shuttle were only for one person.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and included, and the staff were courteous. They handled the air conditioning problem well, moving us twice and arranging repairs for the third unit. We also received a room upgrade and a restaurant discount coupon. Everything else was great.

The hotel was nice and clean, so I have no complaint about that. Housekeeping is another matter. Because of COVID-19, rooms were cleaned only once every five days. You’d think they’d make more effort to sanitize them more often, especially while charging the same price for less service.
